is salvage worth anyhting these days? if so, it might be a nice top up to ur income to check the map for systems with lots of ships destruyed in the last hour and go salvage the wrecks. use something fast with a probe launcher and decent cargoba...

you should train all the races frigs anyhow. this isnt a one glove fits all type of game. you need different tools for different situations but also cross training frigs will unlock the pirate frigs, which while expensive, are the best frigs ...

check ur assets button on ur neocom. if they are not there they may have to be redeemed. to do this u can dock in a station u want the items to appear in. select business(?) --> inventory --> redeem. or u can redeem from the log in menu

use market or use a venture with a wcs fitted. if someone scrams u just warp off. and dont listen to anyone who tells u to go mining in ama. edit wcs = warp core stabilizer basically it makes u harder to scram the venture has one wcs built in...

even that is situational. u could be sitting still and yes alphad by arty or whatever but then u could be moving and that same shot that would have killed u does half the damage.
